ENCANTO

WRATH OF THE MASTER

Mirabel and Luisa are with Jimmie Diablo, who likes to dress in a kids devil's outfit for fun. They are out in the fields on their bikes, and Luisa throws a frisbee out into the sky and Mirabel yells to Jimmie to find the frisbee, but shortly his bicycle disappears from view. They chase after him and find a huge 'Sink Hole' in the field, and Luisa grabs Mirabel and jumps in. The along a tunnel and come into 'The Underground World.' They suddenly meet Bruno, and then suddenly there
are clones of Bruno everywhere. Jimmie is suddenly seen sitting on the 'Master's' knee on his throne, sharing jokes about Bruno with him. Through the Master's persuasion Mirabel is tricked into being his guest, but her, Luisa and Jimmie
are also cloned, and the clones run around everywhere in the underground city, which has gems and stalactites and
stalagmites of beautiful colours. The Master is pleased with his new servants, but Mirabel knows it is all wrong. Towards the end she is surrounded by all the clones and starts screaming. Suddenly she wakes up and it was all a dream, but Bruno walks past the window and waves at her, and suddenly a second Bruno follows him, and there is dramatic music and Mirabel stares at the audience in a classic OMG facial pose.

The Master's Plan is to Clone the Family Madrigal. Mirabel must use her magical skills to defeat the Master and save the family Madrigal. As she gets deeper into the Underground City she finds clones of many of the villagers, but the Madrigals are 'Hard to get'. When the master can finally claim all the Madrigals, his objective will be complete to get his vengeance on the town and rule it properly, as he is an old town councillor who was kicked out of his job for embezzlement and swore revenge.

Encanto

The Fight for the Magic

Long ago when the village was young the founding fathers were visited by a wandering wizard, steeped in the ancient magic of the land. The founding fathers each vied for powers from the wizard, and he entered into bargains with each of the founding fathers. Over a century later, the village was beset with arguments in the council, while the people were generally happy, and there was the matter of Pedro and Abuela, who were destined in the ancient agreement to have special children guided by the magic. But there were jealous voices in the council, including the Master, and the villagers were attacked to claim the magic of the town by those jealous voices. They escaped, but Pedro was killed – yet the magic found Abuela and gave the gift within her to life and created Encanto. The Master returned, and hatched a diabolical plan to clone the villagers to gain his strange revenge, but Mirabel overcame him, and he was exiled from Encanto, cursed to never return by the power of the magic. Yet there are new members of the family, and in the village Jimmie and Daniel Diablo have also been showing the magic, and the rival House of Diable forms opposite in Encanto to the Cassita. But Mirabel has fallen for Daniel Diablo, and as she reaches 20 years of age, the powers are growing with 3 new additions to the amazing family Madrigal, triplets, getting 3 different gifts at their coming of age. And with those gifts, the Magic grows in Encanto, yet where there is love, the Devil is always around to spoil the fun, and the Diablos are an amusing bunch, entertaining themselves with the idea of ruling Encanto and deposing the Madrigals, much to Mirabel's frustrations.

The Source of Magic

The Old Wizard left the old village in time, but did not die. He wandered the world with his magic, seeing many cultures and learning the lore. But a part of him was missing, which he had implanted in a bloodline in the old village, for he had been taken with the innocence and kindness of one family, and had planted a magical dream into their bloodlines. Now the old wizard has returned, and come to Encanto, and has found the source of his prophecy. Mirabel. She is the source of magic, ever to be frustrated by never really getting a gift like her family. Because she is a child of a greater promise. The Source of Magic. Some people are destined to have gifts, and these are the lucky ones. But some are chosen to be the gift givers. And Mirabel is to be a wizard herself, a sorcereress supreme, the giver of gifts. But she must leave Encanto with the wizard for a while, for her training, and return to the olde world of England, where Meril wants to meet her, and induct her properly into the order of wizards and witches, a child of true and proper enchantment. Destiny beckons for Mirabel, but while she is away, the devil will play, and Daniel Diablo uses his powers to start taking over the popular vote in Encanto, and, as the power and influence of the Diablo's grow, Abuela wonders will her blessed Mirabel return soon to put Daniel Diablo in his place.

Miracle Worker

There is a dark storm with clouds and thunder and lightning. And Daniel Diablo comes forth from Mansion Diablo, dressed in black and red, with a sinister grin on his face. Mirabel is nowhere to be seen, and it is time for the Diablo's and their emerging Magic gifts to contend with family Madrigal in a great showdown. The whole of Encanto is whispering about the coming conflict, and when the Madrigals are having a celebration with the village, the Diablo's show up and challenge them in a war of magic powers. The Madrigals use their talents and gifts but the many strong Diablo family likewise use their gifts and emerge triumphant, and Encanto turns to them as their new rulers. Abuela, now very old, is on her deathbed, and with her children beside her, she says 'There was only ever one hope for Encanto and the Madrigals. And she is gone from us.' And Abuela dies, and there is a funeral the next day. The Diablo's now take it for granted, with the death of Abuela, that they are the powers to be respected and obeyed in Encanto. But on another dark stormy night a hooded figured wanders into Encanto and takes refuge in the Church with the Priest. The figure reveals herself, and it is Mirabel, and the priest says there has been 'Changes' in Encanto, the Madrigals have fallen out of favour. Oh, and her grandmother has died. The following day Mirabel is at Abuelas grave and swears to right the wrongs in Encanto. She runs into the centre of the village, and the Diablo's hear word and Daniel Diablo comes down to confront his old flame. Now Mirabel uses her new Miracles and Moves Mountains, literally, to make a bigger Encanto and Heals people with her magical Healing gifts. The village is amazed as Mirabel has found her magic, and she is the strongest of the Madrigal's so far. The Diablo's all watch as this happen, and Daniel Diablo smiles at Mirabel but says 'This is not over' and returns to his mansion. Encanto reinstalls Mirabel and the Madrigal's as the family of honour in Encanto, but Daniel Diablo is not finished with his plans just yet.

Jealous Hearts

The Diablo's are brooding. They are jealous about Mirabel and the Madrigal's return to form. So a plot is hatched. Finding the Master once more, Daniel Diablo uses his magic gifts in a pretend conflict for Encanto, where there will be a flood from the skies washing everything away, unless the Diablo's can save them all. With powers in the Diablo family, it starts raining terribly, yet the Diablo's are able to make the rain diminish through the help of the Master and his Gifts. The Diablo's are restored to esteem in Encanto, but now the Madrigal's have jealous hearts over the Diablo's and Mirabel is the most jealous of all. Life goes on in Encanto with merriment and happiness for the most part, yet the Madrigal's are demoted into more menial service for the community and not respected quite as much. Yet some of the villagers are loyal to the Madrigal's while most are thankful to the Diablo's for saving Encanto. At the end of the 5^th movie in the 'Encanto Divine' Sequence, the Diablo's are full of pride and power but Daniel Diablo, despite getting what he wanted, has an uneasy heart. He is still in love with Mirabel and wishes her to be his wife. He proposes to her in front of the village, and a disgusted Mirabel says she would not marry him if he was the last hombre on Earth. Then it starts raining again, and the people go home, leaving Mirabel in the rain, and wondering if love should have given Daniel Diablo one last chance. Mirabel goes home and cassita is upset, but life goes on.

Happy Ending

The Diablo's have been soulsearching. Daniel Diablo has concluded perhaps there could be merit in being a better and kinder person. He wanders up to Cassita Madrigal to entreat Mirabel to give him another chance. She is very suspicious and says the Diablo's have opposed the Madrigal's all these years in Encanto and can hardly be trusted. Daniel leaves despondedly but Mirabel sings a song called 'Maybe a Second Chance' and sits in Cassita, looking down at a pool of water, and Daniel Diablo's face appears, but she shakes it off. There is merriment once again in Encanto, but the Master trundles into town one day on a besheveled donkey, and says there will be problems for Encanto. They take him down and Mirabel's mother heals him and he says there have been arguments with other business men from village not too far away, and they are sending 'Hombre's' to Encanto to teach the town a lesson about who really runs the show in the local region. Encanto is full of worries and fears and everyone must 'Work Together' to prepare for the threat of the Hombres. Together they build defenses for Encanto, and get ready to defend their town and people. The Hombres show up and the Madrigal's and the Diablos work together in weird and wonderful ways with their magic to pacify the Hombres and turn away their anger from Attacking Encanto and to leave the town alone. The Hombre's leader softens and there is a fiesta and they leave, slightly dazed and confused, wondering what that was all about because of the power of the Magic against them. The Diablos and the Madrigal's have worked together as a team, and Daniel Diablo drops to his knees, brings out a big engagement ring, and proposes to Mirabel. Mirabel sings 'Can I trust him now' and finally agrees to Marry Daniel Diablo. The Wedding of the Century takes place at the Church, and Mirabel and Daniel are married, and there is a big celebration and a happy ending.

The End
